All Private Events start with a $50 deposit to hold the party date. This includes a consultation, a party flyer, up to 3 new painting designs, & One Seat. You can choose a painting from our library of paintings or request up to 3 new ideas. You will aim to pick ONE design for your event. Our regular customers can pick from any of the 3 choices. This is to ensure a great Paint, SIP, & Party experience for everyone!

Please note that in the event of a card dispute, double charges may apply if false claims are made. All seats are non-refundable, but if you are unable to attend, paint kits will be sent home with the party host. The host is responsible for their guests.
Late arrivals will incur a fee of $25 for each additional 30 minutes, ensuring every party gets the full experience.
For parties larger than 25 guests, discounts and promotions do not apply. Prices may increase unless a larger deposit is made to maintain seat costs. We have extensive experience in hosting successful events and can provide extra assistance and time for larger gatherings. We’re happy to discuss flexible options to accommodate your needs.
Kimberly Design Studio supplies Coffee, Water, Utensils, Dishes, and Ice. Customers are encouraged to bring their own drinks. You must be 21 to consume alcohol.
